In order to request to own a horse from Rocking H Ranch, please read and agree to the 2010 sales contract.
Reclaiming Rights
Rocking H Ranch reserves reclaiming rights on each and every horse sold under this contract. If any point of the contract is not followed the horse will be reclaimed. I will give a two week notice, by PM or Email, and if the problem isn't fixed, I will post a reclaiming notice, somewhere on a public board. I will make sure you are a member of the board before I post, so that I will asure the horse will be removed from your webpage.
Buy-Backs
Rocking H Ranch reserves buy-backs on each and ever horse sold under this contract. All buy-backs are is that if you decide to sell the horse, we get first offering. If we don't want to buy the horse then, buy-backs and all other points of this contract will stay with the new owner. If you choose to put buy-backs on that horse as well, you can have 1st buy-backs from the new owner. So basically if the new owner decided to sell the horse, they will have to offer the buy-backs to you first, and if you decline, then they must ask us.
Page URLs
Rocking H Ranch reserves a URL to every horse sold by us. The URL must contain basic stats, pictures, three generation pedigree, and stat that we have buy-backs and reclaiming rights.
We understand that not every horse has a three generation pedigree. If the horse does not, just post what info you have.
Showings
Every horse must be shown with certain associations, clubs, ect. We will let you know what ones they have to show with before the sale. Any horse must be shown in any shows at lease 3 times a month.
